A man has died this morning in an industrial accident in Western Sydney.
Emergency services arrived to a St Mary's pallet factory at around 6am to reports a man had suffered a serious head injury.
A 30-year-old man had been stuck in a piece of machinery and died at the scene from "crush injuries" according to a NSW Ambulance spokesperson.
Officers and SafeWork NSW are currently on the scene as more details emerge from the investigation.

This is the latest in a series of workplace deaths around Sydney.
A 40-year-old man was killed after being sucked into a woodchipper on Saturday morning and a 38-year-old man fell to his death in a separate incident in late August.
More to come...
